试装了本版的两个软件（DC，MATLAB),没有一个成功

下载过程很辛苦啊，已经按照指示装到了最后，就是不成功。

DC安装后，less syn_lic.log 显示：
Valid SSS feature found

按理应该成功了。但打入
dc
结果是
Fatal: Design Compiler is not enabled.
网上查了一下，有人碰到过类似问题，后来解决了，但不知道怎么解决的。

对MATLAB,安装crack上的指示安装：


standalone
1) choose "install manually without using the internet"        
2) enter the "file installation key"
   11111-11111-11111-02626
3) use "license_standalone.dat" when asked for license file

所有步骤都走完之后，启动MATLAB，跳出一个窗口：

License Manager Error -21

License checkout failed
License Manager Error -21
This version of MATLAB is newer than the version of the license file and/or license manager on the server machine.
Make sure the license server has been updated to the latest release.

有没有哪位高手真正安装成功后愿意分享经验的？多谢在先。
