小弟想使用TCAD仿真laser辐照半导体器件的SEE效应，仿真过光辐照半导体之类的请问哪位大侠我该怎么建立physics部分、math部分和solve部分啊？谢谢！！！

better to see tcad manual from official site:-
all the parameter is based on what u want to realize in device.

like physics section:-
[list of  model u use to simulate]
[model name]
likephysics {
[model 1]
}
like this u go

well explained in synopsys training manual
inside Tcad folder in installed system.

INSIDE U WILL FIND TRAINING
where u find .html file open in browser u will get to know all these doubt
