RF/Analog block design for wireless applicationICs

QUALIFICATION:

Ø
PhD or MSEE with 2+ years of experience inRF/Analog IC development

Ø
Advanced skills in the following areas:

Ø
RF circuit design:

Ø
LNA, Mixer, Power Amplifier, Power Detector,VCO, Synthesizer

Ø
Analog circuit design:

Ø
Analog filter, PGA/VGA, Calibration, RSSI,Opamp

Ø
Power management circuit design:

Ø
Voltage Regulator, DC-DC Converter

Ø
Good understanding of device physics and CMOSfabrication processes

Ø
Good understanding of layout tradeoffs foroptimal performance and die area

Ø
Proficient with simulation tools Spectre &SpectreRF. Verilog-AMS, Matlab and EM simulation experience is a plus.

Ø
Demonstrated ability for characterization ofblock and chip performances in lab and ATE environments

Ø
Understanding of analog/digital signalprocessing & communication system theory is a plus.

Ø
Design experiences in deep-submicron (<65nm)process is a plus
