Responsibility:

1、Coordinate with sale/FAE team to implement MIFS product strategy in order to ramp up ASIC/COT business in Asia；

2、Understand market requirements (customer, competitor, features, pricing, technology) and work with BU on maximizing revenues and profits；

3、Expand the customer base in china and define promotion strategy on demand creation；

4、Develop marketing plan for MIFS technology promotion including pricing, target application and supporting structure；

5、Establish strong working collaboration with sale/FAE team and partnership with IDH on business opportunities；

6、Provide product training to sale team and distributors in Asia；

7、Lead the team to achieve the company 3-5 year’s business target.

Requirements:

1、Master’s degree or equivalent and 6+ year’s related experience in semiconductors；

2、Proven record on achieving business result in the past experience；

3、Able to lead the team and define complex product strategies on business development；

4、Excellent communication, teamwork skill and solid marketing skill；

5、Fluent English is must, Japanese speaking is preferred.
