8.2 Direct Synthesis of the Coupling Matrix

在这一个章节，直接求解N*N的耦合矩阵

With the fifirst and last rows of T now determined, the remaining orthogonal rows may be
constructed with the Gram–Schmidt orthogonalization (GSO) process or similar [9], and fifinally
the coupling matrix M synthesized using equation (8.29).

这有个matlab代码例子，但是GSO那个函数缺失，无法运行，请大神帮忙完善一下这个matlab函数
