cdb2oa -h以后报下列错误，感觉IC618已经去掉cdb2oa了

ERROR (CDBOA-2003):Support for the CDB to OpenAccess translator has been removed. Contact Cadence Customer Support to discuss how to complete any outstanding migration tasks.

最新版的IC618把命令都移除了

cdb2oa -lib <t_libName> -cdslibpath <t_libPath>

<t_libName> : process name
<t_libPath> : process directory
terminal directory should be another directory
