Thank you for sharing this useful software.
I have a problem in linux format when I replace rpc.sflmserverd.exe with cracked version.

this is the error message:

/home/centos/Silvaco/install/lib/rpc.sflmserverd/8.2.12.R/x86_64-linux/rpc.sflmserverd.sh: line 21: /home/centos/Silvaco/install/lib/rpc.sflmserverd/8.2.12.R/x86_64-linux/rpc.sflmserverd.exe: cannot execute binary file
rpcinfo: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused
Verification failed for sflm on host centos7.linux

what shoul I do?
