Quality and Reliability Engineer

Description:

As a quality and reliability engineer, you will play a key role in flash product development by defining product quality and reliability targets, managing overall product qualification, and ensouring the Q&R targets of flash products can be achieved through design/process/test program improvements. The detailed responsibility includes:

Responsibilities:

ŸInterface with design, fab, marketing and other engineering team to understand product use condition, evaluate product/process risks and feed back quality requirements and improvement actions needed during early product definition stage;

ŸDevelop product qualification plan, manage the overall product qualification process and schedule including components’ testing, validation and reliability stresses to ensure on time delivery of high quality product;

ŸDrive improvement upstream globally including testing and process for product quality & reliability improvement to meet mass production requirement;

ŸPerform electrical failure analysis and coordinate physical FA on qualification rejects from quality testing and reliability stresses;

ŸDevelop some test programs for failure analysis or reliability check purpose.

Responsibilities:

ŸBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field;

Ÿ3~5 years experience in failure analysis, product development or quality control of semiconductor products;

ŸStrong knowledge on device physics and reliability;

ŸStrong analytical problem solving, team work, and communications skills;

ŸStrong fabrication process knowledge and relative experience are preferred;

ŸFluent English in both verbal and written;

ŸKnowledge of flash memory, operation system and embedded platform would be an added advantage.
