Product Marketing - 8bit Consumer & Industrial NPI (x1)

Responsibilities will include:

>* Creating Market Requirement Documents to identify new growth opportunities for our 8bit Microcontroller business
>* Working with industry specialists, customers, Systems & Applications engineers, Design teams to crafting a winning solution, or family of solutions, to be successful in that market.
>* Working across product divisions within TSPG as part of newly formed Vertical Market teams focussing on system level success and the 8bit portion of that.
>* Developing a compellijng, detailed business plan for that market to include key financial metrics such as revenue, NPV & GM over a 5 year period.
>* Crafting a successful Global Marketing Plan, including budget needs, then working with Campaign Product Marketers to implement that Plan in partnership with key stakeholders such as Go-To-Market and sales teams.(起草计划)
>* Contribute to the 8bit portion of the annual budget and Freescale Strategy Process, creating and presenting the business plan at executive level.（监督计划执行）
>* Effectively including all regions to ensure true global success and inclusion.

>Specific Knowledge/Skills
>The successful candidate will have:
>* A scientific/electronic undergraduate degree
>* An MBa is preferred
>* Experience in IC design
>* Experience in the definition of New Products
>* Experience in Market Development
>* Outstanding communication skills
>* Ability to comfortably deal with many levels within an organization
>* Fluent in English, 2nd language is preferred
>* Possess behaviors including urgency, curiosity, a desire for success
>(personal and professional), a strong work ethic, ambitions for future
>people management, tenacity, enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
