岗位描述
• Lead and deliver chip production in-time under tremendous performance, reliability and yield issue;
• Set-up and generate critical design rule to improve process window/yield bottleneck;
• Set mass production device SPEC for speed/IDDQ, memory and IP;
• Improve product yield to help company gain more chip volume under limited wafer capacity.
• Responsible for R&D Process Technology Development.
岗位要求
More than 5years related working experience in Process and Silicon Engineering;
In-depth knowledge of the CMOS technology development from process, device, DRM, model, reliability, variation and yield.
Demonstrated leadership capability.
